Yoga Safaris and Holidays

We offer a no stress yoga holiday for incoming tourists. We will arrange for your group to be collected from the airport and will drive you to the destination of your choice. Depending on your choice of venue, your holiday is filled with yoga, meditation, diving, snorkeling, horse riding, interactive animal sessions as well as game drives. The entire holiday adventure has the option of being vegetarian, or if preferred, meat dishes may be arranged in advance. The venues chosen by Southern Africa Yoga Safaris have the added benefit of being safe, tested and measured by our staff and your pleasure is foremost in our hearts.

Yoga

Cheryl Lancellas is a fully qualified Yoga teacher trained in Nasik, India. She's also a personal trainer, fitness instructor, jazz dance teacher and massage therapist. During her training, Cheryl’s experience of Ashram life was so enlightening she wants to share it with as many people as possible. "With the pressures of modern lifestyles, I realize not everyone has 6 weeks to dedicate solely to the practice of yoga. For this reason I condensed a course into 5 days and combined it with a unique African experience."

Accommodation

All of the venues are hand-chosen for their beauty and sense of peace and tranquility. You will participate in outdoor yoga classes and be revitalized by the fresh air and awesome nature scenery.
