Yemaya's Feed Your Soul Retreat

Together, we will practice yoga on white sandy beaches and in lush jungle. We will meditate on the Caribbean Sea on our Miskito Sail Boat. We will eat tasty & nutritious meals and learn about healthy eating. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary.  Our retreats are great for those with a beginner or moderately regular yoga or meditation practice. Come with an open heart and an open mind. Rebecca studied and taught yoga and meditation in various places such as California, Thailand, Peru, Mexico, and now Nicaragua. She moved back to Nicaragua in January, 2014 and taught at the first Yoga conference in Granada in November. She is now a part of a teacher training formation in Nicaragua and Guatemala, teaching the locals to become yoga instructors.


Rebecca’s yoga classes are both restorative and energizing, and she encourages you to celebrate wherever your body is on a given day. Her meditation classes are designed to create ease and understanding in the mind. An Integrative Nutritionist, Rebecca encompasses healthy and holistic living both on and off the mat. Through these mediums, she is able to help others heal and grow on their wellness journey.
